How our leaderboard race works

Our leaderboard is not a mystery board hidden inside the lobby. We list the active race, eligible game groups and score method before you take part. You may see Pragmatic Play slot missions, Evolution live table ranks, Spribe crash rounds or sportsbook pick races, depending on what is running. Each board shows its timer, rank band and reward pool, then updates your

Support during leaderboard races

Leaderboard questions are time-sensitive, so our help flow starts with the race ID, game name and round time. Send those details and we can check whether an eligible round has processed, whether a score refresh is pending or whether the race has already closed.

Score check

If your rank has not moved after an eligible round, share the race ID and game title. We compare the round record with the leaderboard log before marking it as counted or pending.

Timer query

Race timers follow the schedule shown on the board. If your screen shows an old timer, refresh the leaderboard card first, then contact us with the race name and device type.

Reward status

When a race ends, reward bands are checked against final ranks. If your account reward is still waiting, we look at the closing table and any tied-rank rule attached to that race.

Open your account, head to the leaderboard page and choose an active race where local law permits. The card will show eligible games, scoring rules and the timer before your activity is counted.

Some scores update after provider records or settled sportsbook results reach our system. Check the refresh marker first, then share the race ID if the score still looks delayed.

No. Each race lists its own eligible games or markets. Slot missions, live table ladders and sportsbook races are counted separately, so activity outside the card will not raise that score.

If a race allows tied ranks, the tie rule appears on the leaderboard card. We apply that rule during the final check before reward bands are attached to accounts.
